Mmmmmm, Salty Spa Soaps

My Sexy Laundry Day Spa Bars That are all lined up and going FAST at my store. I should be making these every week!

To everyone who wished me well, thank you so much. I am still weak and slow moving, but I am at work, moving around and NOT in bed anymore. I had a fever and slept for days with a little time on the computer. Aches were awful. No, I had no SWINE FLU. You can call me a pig, but don't ever call me a swine.

:O)

nice to see you back and I luuurrve the look of that soap. sometimes the more simple a soap, the better they look don't they. I love all soap mind you but that one is just lovely to look at.

Sorry to hear you had the flu! I am recovering from it myself, a good 2 weeks after falling ill. So frustrating, but as you said, at least not the swine flu. Wishing you a speedy recovery and thanks for the enjoyable blog! I love reading it. Best wishes,
Kim

Glad you're on the mend! Stay away from that HAMthrax SNOUTbreak. I hear there's an OINKment that can cure it.... if only I came up with those myself.

Can you make salt bars with M&P soap? I have always loved the look of them, but I am too scared to try CP Soap. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for all the good wishes, all.
TinCan: I don't know about salt bars with mp soap base, I'm guessing yes, but I am not sure. I made sugar soap with mp once and it made a great exfoliating bar of soap. The thing about cp salt soap that makes it so special is the way the lye h2o and the salt combine and create this mineral moisturizing bar that feels like it balances the oil levels in my face. Doesn't dry me out, at all. Doesn't over moisturize, at all. Don't be scared of cp. Watch videos, tutorials, read. Once you try it, you won't be able to stop. Like me.

This is a great looking bar of soap. Haven't tried to make salt bars yet.
