I think this is Chinese characters. but this is a stamp font. China and Japan are used to stamp this font today, but it is difficult to read. I think this font is "篆書体" or "吉相体", try google image.

Thank you!! I looked up Korean stamps and I found this:

They are called Dojangs, I think....

I don't think it is korean, korean forms are very similar to this, but I'm almost sure this is a letter for stamp. our stamp is usually used to store name or personal name. 篆書体=tensho tai(character used on seals)

I can actually see a swastika. My guess- I am leaning towards religious symbols

I've absolutely no clue about your stamp...but I heard my name mentioned! heh! Yanno, I'm about to crack open another new soap. I'm toying with the idea of going the whole hog and opening up Ruby Rock Star..but then she'll be gone from my stash. More More More!

Yeah, I saw that swastika, too, but it's not one. My husband told me he had these made through a friend and It either says "Joanna Schmidt" or Bradford Schmidt" because we had two made and we lost one.... So which is it?

Hello, it's in korean. The stamps is "Joanna Schmidt":조아나 슈미트. The typograhie for the stamp (dojang) is always stylized for special graphic effect. Yours is very beautiful. Sorry for my english.
