Here are some Etsy finds: soap scented with amber. I am digging the amber scents these days. The mystery, the sultry lure, the history... there are some new soap makers featured here that I have not seen yet.

To quote old blue eyes in an old movie: "Very sexy stuff. Very, very sexy."
ReplyDeleteHaving said that, is it wrong that I cannot stand the smell of amber (I mean, what with it being my name and all)? It gives me like an instant headache and makes me queasy. Hmmm, maybe I need to have a contest of my own. Send me your amber soaps and see if any of them don't make me ill! ;)
Hmmm, Amber, wouldn't that make you heave every time the postal person brought you mail? It would be a Pavlov experience for you, because the future would hold a nausea button. Seeing any USPS person would cause you to throw up a little in your mouth!
ReplyDelete;)
I'm laughing so hard at this I think I just piddled!
ReplyDeleteJo- Between my customs form debacle yesterday and the fact that my mailbox apparently only receives bills, I throw up a little every time they come anyway. This would just add a new depth to my postal experience!
ReplyDelete(Disclaimer: I actually have nothing against the USPS and quite enjoy my regular post office employees and mail carriers.)
piddled....so funny..now i've just 'piddled' too! but...OMG, that bedickens soap. bad ass x
ReplyDeleteMe gustan mucho tus jabones.
ReplyDeleteLOL! You and Amber...what a riot!
ReplyDeleteMy kids would looove one of those skull soaps (then they'd start to reenact that last cheesy Indy Jones movie...ugh).
Being a Psych masters student I love the Pavlov correlation! I am the same way with the smell of amber - just not a pleasant scent to me, but kudos to those that love it. And the skulls - oh so fun! My son went nuts when he saw them.
